This 85-plot project by Davidsons Homes at Butt Lane, Blackfordby has now commenced and DAB anticipate our completion of the main infrastructure in the autumn of 2018.
The infrastructure element is worth £1.6m to DAB.
DAB will undertake ground improvements involving lime stabilisation work prior to the construction of the roads, sewers and service ducts etc.
