DAB were appointed the Roads, Sewers and Groundworks contractor for this flagship development.
The scheme involved delivery of the infrastructure for the development and plot preparation in readiness for the delivery of the modular house units. This new concept in housebuilding required working to minimal tolerances and a tight Programme to support the logistical issues of transporting the units from the factory to site and then straight into position, with follow on trades scheduled to complete fit out immediately after installation of the modules.
